| C9 Hook Hanger |
| A major problem experienced by retail packagers is tearing that occurs to corrugated header cards. After hanging on racks for a long period of time, the product weight often causes the header to rip, and the product to fall from display. The ultimate solution for this type of damaged packaging is reinforcement to keep the product displayed securely and professionally. |
 The C9 Hook Hanger, just added to our product line, is ideal for presenting packaged T-shirts, undergarments, and other packaged apparel and accessories. Unlike conventional display hangers, its large extended hook enables it to fit securely onto the oblong display rods often found in retail outlets. Double snaps then improve holding power and distribute weight evenly. With our C9 Hook Hanger, the header card is reinforced and the product supported. |
| Some of our best ideas come from our customers. This display hanger began as a custom project requested by a customer, but we quickly saw that it would be a useful addition to our product line. If one of our customers has thought of a solution to a problem, it's likely that others will find this solution useful for their products as well. We absorbed the tooling costs, and the customer got a custom display aid, exactly as they envisioned, without the custom price tag. |

| Self-Adhesive Bag Handle |
| A packaging distributor asked us to develop a plastic handle for a hanging storage and display bag. The bags are designed to display and protect books and documents in the children's section of libraries and in elementary school classrooms. Combining the benefits of a handle and a hanger in one packaging component, this bag handle has many other potential uses. |
 Our customer showed us a sample with the handle heat-sealed to the bag. Heat sealing would not have been economically feasible for the small initial run of this product. Instead, we designed a self-adhesive handle that would be attached to the bag during final assembly. We lengthened the handle because the customer wanted a larger bag than the original sample, and we redesigned the snap mechanism to increase security, strength, and durability. |
| The Self-Adhesive Bag Handle has a molded hand-grip for carrying and a small hook that can be hung over a peg. It will attach to a 12” x 10” polyethylene bag which can be opened by pulling apart the two sides of the handle. |
