Creative Access, Inc.
“No Problem”
For many years I worked with an Architect whose trademark comment was “No problem.” In today’s challenging times, clients desperately want to hear these words. Recently,
a client bounced out of our office stopping to say, “Wow, I love working with your team! The designer said my changes were ‘no problem.’ That’s what I need to
hear from my Architectural team!” I was reminded that such small words mean a great deal to the client. Thank you to Ed DuBois, of DuBois Construction Inc., for sharing that uplifting
comment with me emphasizing how important positive interaction can be!
Flexibility is also a key factor that clients appreciate. If a client requests a few select services for a project vs. full project design, Creative Access has always provided that work for the client.
Some time ago I was surprised at a professional firm’s inflexibility when I asked them to assist my firm with a project. I could not absorb the entire cost of the project so I asked that the services
be modified to meet my budget. I was disappointed when the individual gave my request little attention and said that the services could not be “tweaked”. They knew what I needed and
that was that. They displayed no flexibility or creativity in that situation. Recently, that same firm, in a slower economy, offered to “tweak” the services to where I had originally requested.
Client attention and service is not something to move to during a down market. It is the foundation of professional firms that are weathering the recession and striving to build a stronger client base in the future. In these difficult times, Creative Access has maintained our client base as well as a steady flow of work. We have also developed new relationships through referrals that are greatly appreciated. Clients notice that our firm’s mission is to provide a high level of customer service. Our clients have rewarded us with their loyalty and referrals.

Above and Beyond
KBST & M
We would like to thank our long standing accountant, Stuart Solomon, Partner of Kahn, Berman, Solomon, Taibel & Mogol, P.A. We have worked with Stuart for 15 years enjoying his consistent
high level of service. Stuart’s “above and beyond” attention to our firm was demonstrated recently when he recognized our need for a timely response and called to help while
he was away on vacation!
NTC Mazzuca Contracting
Creative Access, Inc. has partnered with NTC Mazzuca Contracting on many projects. Their level of service has always been exemplary. While working on a project last month, President Dave
Mazzuca, took the extraordinary initiative to send a tractor trailer to Georgia at his own cost to pick up carpet that had been delayed, so that the project timeline could be met.
