FAST FORWARDFastWith only eight weeks and a tight budget to completely renovate the public lobbies and corridors of this 1980’s Medical Office Building, the design team of LeVino Jones Medical Interiors had their work cut out for them. All upgrade finishes and architectural products were pre-qualified based on aesthetics, price and in-stock availability. Construction work was done after hours and on weekends to keep this busy building operational.

ForwardThe project scope included the replacement of all public area finishes (entrance lobby, elevators, and corridors) to remove all traces of the 1980’s “date stamped” design. New building upgrades included tenant door replacement, general and ambient lighting, signage and finishes. Pilasters with recessed sconces were added at regular intervals to provide a sense of visual rhythm to long tenant corridors. |
