LeVino Jones Medical Interiors, Inc. was commissioned by the Physician-Owners of this Medical Office Condominium to provide the public spaces with an updated presence in today’s competitive market.
This high profile, 104,000 square foot building, constructed in 1984 had actually retained some original finishes over the decades. Designers added ADA compliant products and replaced flooring, wallcovering and ceilings with updated, lower maintenance and more durable products. Elevator lobbies were treated with laminate wood panels, ceiling articulation and pendant lighting. Long corridors were visually “shortened” by upgrading the “front door” to each office with new signage and sconces.
