What was once a vacant warehouse near Athens, Georgia is now home to a new medical center which includes Athens Eye Associates.
This established practice of 30 years, recently developed a new facility to better serve its ophthalmology patients and to better integrate technology into its comprehensive care. Services provided include cataract evaluation, contact lens fitting, glaucoma management and continual eye care for patients of all ages. A full service retail optical shop and supporting lab provide one-stop shopping for patients.
This successful project and its planning/design process was featured in Healthcare Design Magazine January 2010.
